EVERGREEN PARK KIDS ZONE

Evergreen Park Kids Zone opens on Oct. 1, 2019 and will close for the season on April 19, 2020. Links to book your private or exclusive party or reserved tables online are at the bottom of this page.

BRING A BUDDY

The Bring A Buddy program allows a youngster to bring a friend for a day in the Evergreen Park Kids Zone for Free every first Friday of the month.

The program continues until April and Zone hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. Free coffee and water are available.

WIN ONE FOR THE TEAM

This program is open to all teams and non-profit organizations.

Every month the Evergreen Park Kids Zone will be making a draw and each month's winner gets a free exclusive visit to the Zone - upstairs party room, downstairs tables, bouncy castles and kids play area.

The winner can use the free exclusive visit as a fundraiser by selling tickets and creating an auction or other fundraising event or just use it for a fun experience for the team or group.

You can only win once, but you only have to enter once. Click on the Win One  For The Team poster to the left and it will take you to a registration site. Fill in the information and then we will advise you if your team or group is that month's winner.

The Zone is for children 12 and under and you will receive 25 admissions with the option of purchasing more for $6 each. Adults are welcome and there is no charge.

The breakfast for this event is sold out, but you can still get a photo with Santa.

The Zone is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Purchase a gift certificate and you will get five admissions for the price of four. The Saturday/Sunday admissions can be purchased for $32 (a savings of $8) and the Wednesday/Thursday/Friday admissions can be had for $24 (a savings of $6). Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission fee $6. (Great opportunity for moms and tots to have a day out)

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission fee $8.

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission fee $8.

Our upstairs private party room is available during public hours. Exclusive parties (you get the whole building to yourself) are available Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and after 3 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after 3 p.m.

Where Are We?

The Evergreen Park Kids Zone is located at Evergreen Park in Gordon Badger Stadium (see map). The Park is east at the intersection of Hwy. 668 and Resources Road (98th street) on the southern edge of Grande Prairie.

The Pines Restaurants

There are two restaurants at Evergreen Park and a casino. The Pines Restaurant & Casino (adults only) is open 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. The Pines Family Restaurant is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and features a menu that caters to children . . . but also includes lots of stuff adults like.

Private Party Information

  • Party times include your set up and take down.
  • You are welcome to bring your own food
  • We offer food from the Pines Family Restaurant, only available for pre-order - it must be ordered when you book your event. We will provide the condiments, plastic cups, plates and plastic utensils for Pines food orders.
  • Everyone,  adults included, must wear socks or indoor footwear in the Evergreen Park Kids Zone. We have socks available to purchase if needed.
  • Castles are for children 12 and under only.
  • No alcohol permitted.
  • For safety reasons piñatas are not allowed in the bouncy area downstairs during public hours, but are allowed upstairs for private parties and downstairs during exclusive parties.
  • Adults need to be in the Evergreen Park Kids Zone at all times to supervise your children.
  • With the rental of the upstairs party room you receive 10 wristbands for the children. Any additional wristbands are available at the door for $6 each.
  • The room can hold up to 50 people, adults and children.

Exclusive Party Information

  • We offer food from the PINES Family Restaurant, only available for pre-order, it must be ordered when you book your event. We will provide the condiments, plastic cups, plates and plastic utensils for food orders through our kitchen.
  • Everyone,  adults included, must wear socks or indoor footwear in the Evergreen Park Kids zone. We have socks available to purchase if needed.
  • Castles are for children 12 and under only.
  • No alcohol permitted.
  • Piñatas are allowed.
  • Adults need to be in the Evergreen Park Kids Zone at all times to supervise your children.
  • With an exclusive rental you receive 20 wristbands for the children and use of the entire facility.
  • Any additional wristbands are available at the door for $6 each.
  • The room can hold up to 120 people, adults and children.

Reserved Tables

  • There are two zones where reserved tables are available - Zone 1 and Zone 2. 
  • The table rental is for two hours.
  • You can accommodate eight people per table, the rental of the table doesn't included admission fee of $6 per child.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $30 cancellation fee on party rental reservations cancelled two weeks or longer before party and no refund if cancelled less than two weeks before party date.
