Indigenous Celebration

The Indigenous Celebration, presented by Ovintiv, was first held at Evergreen Park in 2024 and has since become an annual June event in Grande Prairie. This two-day celebration highlights Indigenous culture, history, and sport.

The 2026 event takes place June 6-7 at J.D.A. Raceway.

It includes the thrilling Indian Relay Races; drummers and dancers; bead making; Indigenous arts and crafts and more.

Gates open at noon both days at noon.
