The Nitehawk Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap goes Nov. 1-2 in the TARA Energy Services Centre at Evergreen Park.

The public admission equipment sale goes from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.

This event is an awesome opportunity to get great deals on new or gently used ski and snowboard equipment or even sell your equipment from last year or that your children have outgrown.

All Nitehawk partner groups will be in attendance taking registrations for their clubs for the season. They include: Nitehawk Alpine Ski Team, Nitehawk Snowboard Club, Northern Extreme Freestyle Ski Team and Canadian Ski Patrol – Grande Prairie.

Pre-submit your ski swap equipment details and be prepared to find some great deals for the whole family! 

• Please note that the cheques for sold equipment, as well as unsold equipment will be available for pick-up at the TARA Energy Services Centre on Sunday, November 3 (no earlier) from 12-3 p.m.
• Any unsold equipment that is not picked up by 3 p.m. Nov. 3 will be disposed of as the GP Ski Club sees fit.

The stage is set for the 37th annual President's Ball ... and it will be an event to remember!

Called the Black & White Ball, it is being held on Saturday, Oct. 19 in the TARA Energy Services Centre at Evergreen Park.

Join NWP as they celebreate post-secondary education in the northwest and recognize steadfast supporters.

Cocktails start at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 6:30 p.m. with entertainment to follow.
